We have the lovliest guest suite at Shaun & Leanne's.  Drew and I will have to do an addition on our house to meet this kind of standard!  The house is gorgeous, with fabulous views of the valley and the Blue Mountains beyond.  I'm always amazed at the variety of birds (expensive, pet store birds) just flying around, and their unusual birdsong.  And the smell of eucalyptus (or however you spell it!).  It is so nice to see everyone again... Shaun, Leanne, Brad and Ali.  It's like being on the houseboat again, that comfortable, welcoming feeling.  We are free to use their car to get around, although it may take another day or so to get used to the left side of the road.  At least up here, there is not alot of traffic, and people seem to drive at a normal speed... not like England!  I went out grocery shopping with Leanne in the afternoon, but generally we just relaxed outside and visited with everyone.  We managed to get in a brief before dinner nap, and suprised everyone when we actually woke up in time for dinner!  It's amazing to know we are sitting outside in our shorts, having dinner, in November.  Lovely!  We enjoyed an hour long walk around the neighbourhood and a little bit of bush walking. We are on the edge of the national park, and there is alot of public space.  We got to bed at a decent hour, ready for Monday!
